The Company provides consultancy services including career counselling, college shortlisting, application assistance, and guidance on the NEET counselling process (MCC/State). It is explicitly understood that the Company is a facilitator and not a representative of the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any specific medical college.
While the Company strives to provide the best guidance based on the student's NEET score and rank, admission is not guaranteed. Final selection depends entirely on the student's performance, merit list rankings, and the official allotment process conducted by government authorities.
The Client (Student/Parent) is responsible for providing accurate academic records, category certificates, and NEET scorecards. The Company shall not be held liable for any rejection or disqualification resulting from the submission of false, incorrect, or incomplete information by the Client.
Consultancy Fee: The agreed-upon service fee must be paid according to the specified schedule.
Exclusions: Our fee covers consultancy only. It does not include college tuition fees, hostel fees, security deposits, or government registration fees.
Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once the research and counselling process has commenced. In the event of a partial refund request, it will be subject to the deduction of administrative charges and the "man-hours" already invested in the candidate's profile.
All counselling and admissions guidance will be conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines set by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the respective state counselling authorities. The Company does not support or engage in "management quota" seats that bypass the official merit-based counselling process.
The Company shall not be liable for any changes in government seat matrices, sudden fee hikes by private institutions, or changes in eligibility criteria mid-session by the NTA or NMC.
The Company agrees to keep all student data, including contact details and academic records, confidential. Data will only be shared with relevant educational institutions or regulatory bodies as required for the application process.
The Company will provide updates via official channels (Email / WhatsApp / Phone). It is the Client's responsibility to stay updated with the deadlines provided by the Company. Failure to respond to time-sensitive counselling rounds may result in the loss of a seat, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
In the event of any legal dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal litigation.
